FindMeStock checks UK retailers for stock of hard-to-find products and alerts you by push and email. We read other people's websites, so we sometimes get a reading wrong. If a stock status, a price or a product match on FindMeStock doesn't match what the retailer shows, tell us.

Report a wrong stock status or price

Open the product, scroll to the bottom and choose Report incorrect stock. You don't need an account. Choose the retailer, then what was wrong:

• Shown in stock, but it isn't
• Wrong price
• Wrong product
• Something else

You can add a short note, such as the price you saw at checkout. A report is about one retailer's listing, so send one for each retailer that is wrong.

Anything else that looks wrong

For anything a report doesn't cover, such as a wrong name, a missing retailer or a mistake on a page, email support@findmestock.com. Say which page and what is wrong. If it's about your account, write from the email address you sign in with.

What happens next

We keep the listing as you saw it, with its status, price and check time, and look at it. Reports tell us how well we are reading each retailer. If we find a reading was wrong, we fix how we read that retailer, or stop showing that listing until we have. Until then, the time on each result tells you how old it is.

We don't promise to reply to every report. If you want an answer, email us and give the product and retailer.
