Delete your account

How

• In the app: Account → Delete account.
• On the web: sign in, then Account → Delete account.
• Can't sign in? Email [email protected] from the address on the account and we'll delete it for you within one month.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription bought in the app: cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play. A subscription bought on the web ends when the account is deleted, with no refund for the time left.

What we delete

Your account and sign-in, your alerts, your devices and notification settings, your subscription record, and any usage analytics about you. You're signed out everywhere at once.

What we keep

Stock reports and retailer requests you sent, and counts of clicks to retailers, with nothing linking them to you and any notes removed.
